Help

You can access the Image-Pro help by selecting Image-Pro Help from the Help menu on the right of the product or access the online version help.mediacy.com. You can follow the links to tasks, watch video tutorials or enter a search term of keyword.

Select the Dynamic Help check box at the top of the help panel and the help content will automatically update to show the content of whichever tool group you are working with in Image-Pro.

Support

You can open technical support tickets from the My Tickets page of your myMediaCy account.

Training

Paid for online training by our technical support team can be requested by opening a ticket on the My Tickets page of your myMediaCy account.
